LED Lighting Analysis
Whether your company has the need for LED retrofits or you are designing a new facility to build we will analyze your facility and design LED lighting for your environment and needs. We are not beholding to any one brand. There is no brand name that has every solution that is cost effective so we can bring in many other choices to meet your needs regardless of application or budget.
LED Conversion Funding
There are two ways a customer can pay for the drastic reduction of their electric bills – operational expense and pay out of savings. Through our partnerships we can provide full funding for your LED project.
By utilizing our funding options, you may fund all or part of your LED project with the payments being made from the energy savings, vastly reduced or no operational expenses required. Why not keep your cash for other facility improvements and lease the funds to improve your lighting in your facility? Invest in your facility not the utility!
Accelerated Depreciation for Write-Offs
Energy efficiency work and capitalized projects that you have already done or are planning, may already be eligible for major tax deductions. We can help you by providing all required documentation to find additional accelerated tax deductions. If you have constructed a new facility or have done capitalized improvements on your commercial facility you may be eligible for up to $1.80/square foot tax deduction. This is done through Section 179D and cost segregation efforts.
